BODY Return Policy
At BODY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’ve made our return process simple and hassle-free.
Eligibility for Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, including:
Personal care items (e.g., creams, lotions, breast pumps)
Opened packs of diapers or wipes
Undergarments (e.g., nursing bras)
Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Customer Support:
Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Our team will guide you through the next steps, including generating a return label (if applicable).
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, contact us to check availability.
Exchanges follow the same process as returns, and we’ll ship the replacement item once the original is received and inspected.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
Provide photos of the damaged product and its packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
