BODY Return Policy

At BODY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’ve made our return process simple and hassle-free.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, including:
    • Personal care items (e.g., creams, lotions, breast pumps)
    • Opened packs of diapers or wipes
    • Undergarments (e.g., nursing bras)
    • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item, contact us to check availability.
  • Exchanges follow the same process as returns, and we’ll ship the replacement item once the original is received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the damaged product and its packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
